I find that clients sometimes don’t know how much or how little to include when reaching out. Let me be the first to say that it is completely up to you, I’m happy with any amount of verbage big or small.

In the case that it is helpful, some things I find very good to know are:

✷ Where you’re located (see FAQ for more information on where I work)

✷ Yours, your partner’s and any other family members you’d like to include’s names and pronouns (also ages if they’re kiddos)

✷ Your current plans for what you’re seeking support with (e.g. preferred place of birth, weekly need for postnatal hours etc.)

✷ Whether you’re on a tight budget- I always want to make things work as much as possible, I work with sliding scales, am happy to make payment plans and open to trades in certain circumstances (please see FAQ)

✷ Your hopes (and even fears!) for the journey you’re on as well as around our working together.

✷ Anything you’d like me to know that you worry might be TMI!!

✷ Any accessibility needs you have which you believe are helpful for me to know about right now
