Virtual Support

I offer virtual support to anyone in the UK, I’m open to those further afield, subject to time difference and my availability.

As your virtual doula, I can offer friendly, gentle support in the following areas:

    • Emotional support

    • Providing evidence based antenatal education and information 

    • Sharing resources with you as needed

    • Taking notes during appointments

    • Supporting you to research any relevant topics which may come up

    • Hyping you up when you need it

    • And so much more!

    • On call for you from 38 weeks until your baby is born

    • Helping you to understand your choices around your birth

    • Birth planning session (1.5hrs)

    • Virtual support via phone, Signal messenger and video call

    • Providing emotional support during your third trimester, labour and birth

    • Helping you to understand any interventions being offered to you during your labour and birth

    • Helping you to understand any pregnancy-related diagnoses 

    • Sharing relevant resources as per your wishes

    • Checking in with you at an agreed frequency

Birth Doula Services

I believe that the birthing room is one of the most sacred spaces. As your birth doula I will offer personalised support tailored to your needs, from antenatal education and birth planning, hands-on and emotional support during your labour and birth, to advocating for your needs and rights where necessary. I am here for you, wholeheartedly.

I will prioritise your autonomy, needs and wishes, giving you evidence based information to make the best choices for you as an individual whilst respecting the immense nature of this moment in your life. 

    • Providing minimum of three 2 hour antenatal sessions in which I will cover:

      • Building a solid relationship with you and your partner/s

      • Education on and around the physiology of birth

      • Guidance on navigating perinatal systems (where applicable) including evidence based education on common birth interventions, so you can make informed choices.

      • Thorough birth planning based on your personal needs

      • Postpartum planning including how you and your baby/ies will be fed and supported to transition into your new family formation

      • Guidance to partner/s on how to best to support your labour and birth

    • Being on call for your birth from 38 weeks until your baby/ies is/are born

    • Signposting you to relevant organisations and groups as appropriate

    • Joining you for your labour and birth, providing practical and emotional support, advocating for your wishes and needs, providing you with evidence-based information as needed.

    • Helping you and your baby/ies settle after their birth and initiate feeding, doing as much as possible to help facilitate your "golden hour”.

    • Supporting your immediate postpartum as needed

My fees start at £2000. This includes an £800 on call fee, half of which is due upon signing our contract as a non-refundable retainer for my services.

I offer different options in order to fit different levels of need within planning for your optimal birth, no matter your preferences. Templates and a resource list are included with every option (also available on their own in my shop)

I offer three types of session:

Birth Planning

  • To look over your existing birth plan/preferences/wishlist together, and for tips and pointers on which areas may benefit from some more research etc.

  • For the same content as the 30min option, with more thorough guidance on how to optimise communicating your preferences at every stage of your labour and birth.

  • For the same content as the 30 and 90min options, alongside a detailed run down on how to plan for each stage of labour and birth.

Sibling Support

As your sibling doula I will provide continuity of care, steadily building trust and rapport with your child/ren as you prepare to welcome your newest addition.

During your labour and birth I will act as a safe haven and source of information for your little one/s.

Interactive play, attuning to your child/ren’s needs and answering their questions about what my presence means. I will make sure they are not only well cared for, but well prepared for what’s to come.

  • A minimum of three “get to know you” sessions (morning, afternoon, bedtime) preferably with parent/s present for at least two. (starting at £24/hour for one child, minimum 2 hours per session)

    • Exclusively on-call for your labour from week 38 of your pregnancy until your baby/ies is/are born (set fee of £800, half of which to be paid upon signing contract as a retainer for my services)

    • Childcare for the duration of your labour and birth as well as immediate postpartum as needed. (starting at £24/hour for one child)

    • A postnatal visit

    • Ad-Hoc childcare after the birth as needed (starting at £22/hour for one child)


Postnatal Support

A nurtured, well rested parent is able confidently soak up these fleeting times in their family’s development, enjoying the unique gifts of each life stage while witnessing their own inner transformation.


As your postnatal doula, I aim to support your whole family, holding you, the birthing parent in the center.

My role in your postpartum period is flexible, from offering infant and childcare, to preparing nourishing meals to aid in your healing and recovery from birth. I am a kind ear and someone who will gently take you and your baby out for a walk, at your pace on the days when it feels impossible.

I am here as your villager, your cheerleader and your pal.

    • entering your home and family space with cultural humility and a commitment to following your lead.

    • care and support in any area of your life which needs nurture.

    • holding space for however you are feeling after your birth, giving you emotional support as needed.

Antenatal Education
